Do it (Tomorrow) HD App Reviews

Great reminder!

This app is a great reminder tool.

Still the best

I recently tried switching to any.do, which is another very simple task manager with syncing and a web app. The first day, I couldnt believe how fantastic it was. After a week, Im back to Do It (Tomorrow). Tomorrow may be very limited (no reminders, no recurring tasks, no dates later than tomorrow), but its flawless. It does everything it says it does, every time, without fail. It never crashes, it never loses tasks, it never fails to sync or properly implement some feature. I use it on two iPhones, an iPad, a browser extension in Chrome, and as a web app (accessible from any device at tomorrow.do), and it has integrated perfectly between all of them without ever committing a single error. Plus, it is by far the most polished task manager around, from its coffee-stained pages to its distinctive font to that wonderful scribbling sound that serves as my reward for being productive, Tomorrow is as beautiful as it is functional. And for a procrastinator and akratic like me, the non-judgmental nature of the app, with its forgiving "push to tomorrow" feature, is very welcome. Tomorrow doesnt judge you for putting stuff off, but at the same time, it really forces you to confront your procrastination when you keep pushing back the same task day after day. Ludicrously simple, 100% reliable, universally accessible, shockingly powerful, and surprisingly motivating. Do It (Tomorrow) has convinced me that I can live without all those extra features. My experience with any.do underscored that I have yet to find a full-featured task manager that has convinced me that I can live without Do It (Tomorrow).

Love this app!

Simplicity is what makes the app so easy and functional for me!

Way cool

Love it,

Love!!!

Love this app for so many reasons!

Best of its kind

Amazing - love the sync w everyday notes and drive etc- love the concept- first year med student and is a lifesaver

Perfect method for the procrastinator

Dont fight procrastination, its not going anywhere, take advantage of it! I love this app, I use it everyday. Syncing with the online version is perfect, it just works. I love the design as well, very slick and nice to look at. A lot of love went into this app!

Better than an Envelope

For those who like to make a daily check-off list, this is perfect. It is simple to use, and syncs between my phone and iPad so that my list is always with me.

Great App!

I really like this app. Its ridiculously simple, lets you enjoy putting off today what you could do tomorrow and helps you remember what you need to do. I list it and the number of "to-dos" shows up above the app icon. I check that & "get-er-done". You cant make long range plans, it really is just for today & tomorrow but that suits me just fine.

Easy

Just need to add sub-tasks

Best to do

The is the easiest and most fun to use. I use it everyday

Easy to Use

Great and simple app!

Was Fabulous

I used to use this EVERY DAY. It was always open at work or when I needed to stay on top of things. I got out of the habit. Yesterday, I decided to start again and it wont sync between devices & the web version. When they fix that, it will be FABULOUS again!

The best, really.

Makes you work.

Nice and simple "To Do" app

Nice and yet simple "To Do List" app that can quickly capture your todos and move the ones that you couldnt complete for tomorrow without loosing track of them or feeling guilty. The coolest thing is that you can also access your todos from the Internet using the Web interface in case that you need it! I love the simplicity the effectiveness of this app and the Web access.

Works too well!

I have to agree with the other reviewer who said this app doesnt work. Instead of putting things off, I find myself getting MORE done thanks to this app! Even though my To Do list seems to keep growing all the time, the ability to put things off until "Tomorrow" means my "Today" list is much shorter and not overwhelming me. As a result, I find myself crossing things off my list much more often than ever before. Add to that the interface is so enjoyable, I find myself wanting to cross things off just to hear that satisfying pen-scratching sound. My only negative is that I cannot go back and see what Ive accomplished and I have no way of exporting my lists. Thanks for the awesome app!

1 suggestion

First of all, a big applause to the developer of this app because of the simple, user-friendly and manage to get the user the work done with the amazing feature of crossing the lists today and forwarding the uncross list to tomorrow for a brand new start of "Today". However maybe just a little suggestion if the app could do such thing as when the user cross one of the to do list, it will immediately let the uncross ones to stay on top while uncross one go to the bottom. A simple rearranging them so user can stay more focus on getting it all done. Isnt this is what the apps all about? And of course it can be as simple as put it forward to the next day but lets just say the idea is to organize the done and undone task. Can that be done? Thanks again developer for such amazing app

Great app, couple fixes needed

The app is crashing for me when I try signing in to sync it to my online account. Would also like to see same feature another user suggested, where completed items automatically go to the bottom of the list, leaving to-dos up top. With those two features/fixes above, would go back to a 5-star app. & still holding out for a "someday" or "eventually" page, though I know it goes beyond the simplicity the app strives for. There are some long term goals that get pushed off every day for a month before they finally get completed, and Id like a place to put those too.

Really nice and simple

I really like this app, and I love that I can have it on several devices and my work desktop. Its easy to use, simple, and aesthetically nice. The only thing I wish it had was a way to make categories so I could separate tasks for work with those for home.

Love the simplicity, love the support

First, I love the simplicity of the design for effective task management - it’s a model that promotes focus without losing track of individual items in a growing task list. Second, when I did run into a hiccup with switching to the Google Task syncing support, the developer support was responsive and effective. (It took several emails back and forth for them to track down the issue - but it was all resolved in less than 12 hours from when I notified them of the issue.) Excellent!
